Increased filehandles/filedescriptors Usefull when you are running out of file descriptors - something which is likely to happen on heavy duty servers eg: Squid Proxy Cache Increased filedescriptors for kernel versions 2.0.34To get this to work with make menuconfig you need to run make menuconfig once before applying the patch
