| [GLUG-chat] Re: OT mp3 players for the car *flame* |
I see its friday, so ok, i'll bite.... This is a result of a too stressful day/workload. It is meant to mean a ogg car audio player. My point exactly. now it wouldnt have taken a rocket scientist (unlike you) to figure out what i meant just by following the thread, the link also does correctly point to a GPS type system, which is installed in a car (wow) and also does play (can you believe it??) ogg's. now to simplify (for the less intelligent)..... just like you can go buy a run of the mill JVC, or Panasonic (or whatever, hope you follow) frontloader cd/MP3 player, we should be able to buy a run of the mill JVC, or Panasonic (or whatever, hope you follow) frontloader cd/ogg player for the car. Please feel free to email me for further explanation if you feel overwhelmed. :P Have a lekker day.. its friday............. *also a top post* ======= At 2006-03-02, 22:25:25 you wrote: ======= >On Thursday, 2 March 2006 21:20, Vivian Gervais wrote: >> Lo all >> >> When are they going to bring out a simple (run of the mill) ogg >> player for audio?? >> >> http://www.crutchfield.com/S-B0HRny43HKh/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?i=550 >>IW500C2&search=550IW500C2 >> >> There are alot of linux projects about that allow people to 'boot' >> linux & play ogg's from cd's & DVD's. >> >> Here's my christmas wish...... > >Your point being what exactly? > >The link points to a GPS cum MP3 player, and you want an ogg >player??!!?? > >A simple ogg player does exist.
