It looks like liberty.blaneseng.co.za does not exist(at least not in DNS).
Look at smtpd_helo_restrictions in main.cf. You may be rejecting invalid
hostnames. 

If things don't work after you fixed your DNS post the output of
postconf -n, cat master.cf as well as your postfix version.

I'm not seeing any amavis log output, is it further up in the log? As you
can see from the log snippet below postfix and amavis are quite verbose for a single
message.
