This is apparently a known problem with the router. You need to unplug it, leave it for a minute or so, and then plug it back in again. Apparently. I know mine does this about once a month. Usually exactly one day after a power failure??? According to Telkom, you can take the router in and they will replace it with a firmware upgraded version. Oh, and be careful following the setup instructions - I was burnt by this last month. It seems that they have changed the virtual circuit ID. (VCN, I think?) They are now using the modem's default instead of some obscure number. So if you reset to factory settings everything should work as before. Apparently. [1] - Matthew [1] I say this a lot when it comes to Telkom. <sigh> --- To unsubscribe: send the line "unsubscribe glug-chat" in the subject of a mail to "glug-chat-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx". Problems?
