That's just plain wrong. Sure, they are planning to move away from
sendmail to Qmail, but I think Bernstein (if I remember correctly)
will be a bit unhappy with you saying his program is MS solution
stuff, mainly because of the implications that Qmail isn't secure.

IS have been running Microsoft stuff on the internal network for
years now; nothing new there.

I don't see any one of Microsoft's current products supporting what
they do with Sendmail.

If it looks like Qmail isn't going to work out for running the
list, there's almost certainly always going to be a sendmail /
majordomo box somewhere on the network; failing that, I'll organise
something else; perhaps a box on the network which they don't even
have to look at.

They are really doing us a large favour running the list; it's
running at about 2gigs a month (and that's ignorning what must be a
huge number of re-attempted message transmits, judging by the
number of bounces).

The Glug side of the IS mail is maintained _only by me_. Don't
blame anyone else for problems there; it's all done as a favour,
and explicitly without any guarantee of support. All problems are
specifically mine; I have to discover them and I normally have to
fix them. If people mail me with their problems I can try and fix
them sooner.

Nope; not going to happen.

The archive problem has been fixed; missing crontab entry.
