Hi Jason

There's been problems with the mail on IS lately, there's no one there to
maintain it and they're moving to M$ solution provider stuff (ie. away from
sendmail) so it's in a bit of a mess at the moment. We're trying to make a plan
to get the mailing list somewhere else.
