Replacing a Win95 workstation

Seems like I wasn't really clear here.

In connection with 3270 emulation, I was aware that there were emulators, what I
wanted was information from anyone who had USED them.

Any takers?

Thanks

Subject: Replacing a Win95 workstation

Hi all,

I've finally pestered the network manager at the office enough for him to agree
to supply me with a PC to install Linux on. I want to replace my Win95
workstation with something that doesn't need a reboot 3 times a day.

I will need
1)access to mail on Lotus Notes
2)IBM 3270 sessions
3)Internet access via their poxy proxy server
4)various word-processing etc

(3) and (4) are easy, but does anyone have experience with (1) and (2)?

Thanks
RM
