socket problem

Hi,

Maybe someone can help me. I get the following error if I read my logs,
what I need to know is how can I solve this problem if anyone knows.
According to my info 0.0.0.0 is supposed to be a any connect ip on your
local box, meaning that more than one "services" can be binded to it.

irc.candyman.co.za[@0.0.0.0]:Address already in use
Oct  3 23:24:38 candyman ircd[4853]: Couldn't bind to primary port 6667
