More Traffic Shaper stuff

This is very interesting. These people sell a bandwidth limiter/shaper that
can shape traffic per service, per ip, etc. Looks very good. They also sell
a synchronous card making it possible to have their sofware act as an
intelligent router for bandwith control.

Now my question: 

Whats up with FreeBSD, NetBSD, and BSD/OS. Which one should I get? Are they
available on CD in SA?
