SMS program

I have managed to produce two C programs which can/may be incorporated into
sms_client and they will allow one to send SMS messages to either MTN or
VODACOM depending on the phone number stored in a configuration file.
This also means that as sms_client apparently has a facility to allow one
to email SMS messages, you should be able to do this to MTN & VODACOM.
You want it, just ask.
