It's one solution, yes.
Assuming you have a standard single-IP PPP dialup (which
prettymuch all generic dialup users have), the above is the
obvious solution.

The IPMasq FAQ details how to set it up.

No need, but even without LAN behind NAT, it'll boost
your performance ... well, ok.. that's debatable, but your
connection will appear faster, anyway... O;-)
