Yes ... Just insert a Firewall Policy ....
I stand corrected, but it should be something like ..:-

ipfwadm -F -a accept -P tcp -S 0.0.0.0/0 1024:65535  -D serveraddress/24 www

You will need a return path as well .... unless you can already see the web from your server ...
