| X configuration problem |
|
Hey Guys another dumbass question (Or mayby
not)
I have a linux server running (233mhz 60megram
4gig HDD yadda yadda)
I have a problem with it when it comes to X and
KDE.
Linux (Redhat 6.2 zoot) detects the onboard
graphics card but not the one plugged in on the PCI port so I am running generic
drivers for X but it looks like crap.
Every time I try and use drivers for the PCI
installed card X fucks up and I can't get a login unless via single user mode
...
The graphics card on the PCI slot is a tseng ET
4000 (Old but linux has drivers 4 it)
Ne ideas where the problem lies ??
Thanks in advance
