Hey, Thanx for all the replies, although it didn't help me much. It was
actually a bug on slackware, and I had to manually copy libphp.a to
/usr/src/apache/src/modules/oho4, and recompile & make & make install, and
now it works. :)

You do not have to set the permissions of PHP files to execute.
They only have to have the write permission set.

You need to specify the following line in your Apache config:

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php

And then restart your Apache daemon in order for it to be able to work
without showing you the PHP source.
