Help with telephone over ppp

Hi there

I have a friend with win95 in London that I
want to speek to. Best app seems to be Freetel.

Except that freetel doesn't run for me under Wine.

Is there any telephone app that has a Windows AND
a Linux version? I am looking for a specific app
that someone has found to be working.
