Its looking for OpenSSL, so that Konqueror can support https. Get openssl RPMs where you got the KDE RPMs, or from www.openssl.org | why is it always a mission to install something under linux ? Because you aren't running Debian. If you typed 'apt-get install task-kde', it would have gotten OpenSSL for you.
