Its looking for OpenSSL, so that Konqueror can support https.
Get openssl RPMs where you got the KDE RPMs, or from
www.openssl.org

Because you aren't running Debian.  If you typed
'apt-get install task-kde', it would have gotten OpenSSL
for you.

Anybody know if its true that some distros are going to use
apt on top of rpm?
