ShellCode

Hi all,

Could some of you please point me in the right direction, on where I can
find more information on shellcode. I allways get all these exploits, like
the one for BIND8 going around now, and they contain linux_shellcode
section. I never understand those sections, and therefore I would like to
do some research ?
