For the south african resource, go to: http://www.time.za.net/
On the link you will find an address (URL?) for Cell Point.
If you can track down a guy wih the name of Tiaan van Aardt, working for
Cell Point, you are in business. He has been able to solve all my NTP
related questions. I know he also mentioned, that he will be releasing a
kit to add GPS functionality to Linux boxes, I am not sure if he has done
this.
