Hey All, 

Some of you might know about this, but here it is anyway:

LOTS of Q&A and it's all free. You can post questions, and you allocate
points (which you get by answering other questions) 
They have every topic imaginable (well almost - but still pretty impressive)
The site is normally pretty quick too. 
Their Linux / Unix Sections are really good.
