Samba Problems

Hi all,

Firstly I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

Secondly I am having some problems with SAMBA.

It appears with Red Hat 7.0 that SWAT does not come with it and in my
LinuxConf there are no menus for SAMBA.

I have one Linux Box and one NT Workstation.

I can ping the ip addresses from both pc's but can not ping the Host names
or computer names. The Linux pc does not show up in Network Neighborhood
and can not find it with find computer.

The Linux pc is configured as follows
IP address 131.107.3.5
Subnet mask 255.255.0.0
Host Name of leei.ours.com
I have put in the network section a host name of leei with the same IP
address and a nic name of leei.ours.com

The Windows NT Workstation pc is configured as follows :

Computer name = ROMEO1
The IP address is 131.107.3.1
Sub Net Mask 255.255.0.0
Workgroup name = Ours

I also added an lmhosts.sam file into my NT Box as follows
131.107.3.5 leei

I also tried to make the Linux box a DNS Server.

Here are some files from the Samba folder from my Linux Box

I hope that you guys can help me and any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanking you for all your help.
