| Squid gurus |
Hi all, Here is my senario. We have about 7000 users using a squid proxy running on RH. How can I get stats (for the overheads) on who goes where and when? IE 172.1.2.3 goes to www.playboy.com 02.01.01 @ 14:00 or something like that. I've looked at the log analisers on squid.org but they all seem to fall short somewere. (Like displaying 7000 ipnumbers in a row.) I used to get that type of stat from our firewall but since the squid of course the firewall only reports the squid's ip. Can I tell squid not to "NAT" the addresses?? Any ideas on scripting the logs as they also get mighty BIG. 30 MB after an hour.
