I am a Standard Bank user myself but I have some complaints recently:

An internet transfer into my credit card last night will not be availabe
till after 7PM tonight - why because the transfer went through at 7:01PM
last night.

If they really want to make things simpler better faster they would:

*get enough atm's so customers don't que for 45 minutes.
*follow reall business hours. Ever stood outside a bank at 8:55 and watch
the manager checking his wrist to see if it's opening time yet ? No chance
of opening five minutes earlier for the 50 people quieing outside.
