NFS location problems

Hi my name is Dylan. 

I have a basic RedHat compatible distro (Mandrake). I want to start the service NFS. I do not have the program rpc.mountd rpc.nfsd or the nfs script in /etc/rc.d/init/d   ??? How do i get nfs going. there is no rpm for it that i can see i can't even find the programs rpc.mountd rpc.nfsd.

any help would be appreciated.
