hosts.allow & hosts.deny 

Hi All,

A brief question to the group.

I have a server setup to which I only want people to be able to pop and smtp mail from. Obviously certain other specified hosts need to be able to telnet in for maintenance and such like.

What should the hosts.allow and deny look like?

I am guessing something like:

hosts.deny

ALL: Except in.pop3d

hosts.allow

in.telnetd myworkstation.com


Would these work, or is there a better structure?
