First of all I would like to thank every single person who responded to my message. Its really good to be able to receive such a large amount of support when it is needed. The link that Christo gave me below is the one I was looking for but unfortunately they seem to have discontinued the resource which they had available, but on the positive side, I am going to take the time to read through all of the links that you guys sent me because they all provide the same information that I was looking for.
