How about running nmap ..
see which ports are open ...
What are the chances ...
Administrator wants the upper hand ..
Administrator re-maps clients to access standard IMAP/POP ports on
different Numbers ..
Any private clients are rendered useless until the port numbers are
changed ...
Who knows ..
