Hi I experienced this problem as well. We figured out that Linux doesn't announce it self to the domain master browser. You have two options 1: Set Linux as the Master browser in the /etc/smb.conf file with os level = 33. (Always win the browse election) :) 2: Set remote announce to announce to the Win machine I'll personaly go with nr 1.
