You need to have a server with frontpage extentions on to be able to
use frontpage developed sites. This can be done with apache, and I
believe that the apache rpm that comes with Mandrake may already have
this feature.

However, frontpage is a dangerous dev environment, because it builds
pages that don't always look right in all browsers, and tends to leave
large security holes on the server end.
