Hello Theunis and Glugers, Thanks for all the support to get my yebo connection going. I think the important hint was the PAP authentication that they use. With Kppp it was also not that staight forward, but after playing around with the parameters I finally got it going. Strangely enough I had to use /dev/ttyS1 instead of /dev/modem even though the later was a soft link to the first. Anyway, thanks for the help With best regards, Christoph J.
