XSINET (free internet) under linux

Any body found some way to get free internet access for linux?

I have signed up with XSINET which allows you to log onto the
internet only if you dial in with their own dialler program (which runs
in windows). (This little program activates the advert bar which is
why XSINET is "free", and I am quite pleased to find that I at last
have free internet access).

I wouldn't mind being able to surf the net from my favourite
environment!

Cheers
