Hi Ernest,
As far as the Lexmark 3200 goes, there is presently no driver
available for it (I own one and have been looking for a driver
for around a year or so). Uses a proprietry printer language I
think. I can't even send ascii directly to the port from the
commandline (I think it has something to with the fact that
Lexmark have had some of the hardware ascpects of computer-printer
comms coded as software instead).
Check out the following site, where you can check up on the
status of Lexmark inkjets (and other printers):
http://www.picante.com/ (I think it's .com...if not then .org:-)).
Follow the links and search their printer database for info.
